Before launching a new impeller onto the market, we follow a rigorous development process, which is made of a series of fundamental steps. Prototyping is one of the most crucial phases of the process because it gives us the chance to do preliminary testing activities.
In the last week, we created the prototype of our new De-ALU impeller, which will be thoroughly tested in our AMCA 210-16 test chamber in the coming weeks. At this stage of the process, it is extremely important that we verify if the performance levels of the new impeller are consistent with our expectations and proceed with needed corrective actions.
The aluminum version of our classic D blade will be suitable for environments characterized by extreme temperatures (i.e., deserts), corrosive atmospheres and demanding working conditions. The new impellers will address the needs of industries like: oil&gas, ventilation, railway, smoke extraction systems, heat exchangers, dryers.
