Following the study conducted by the Scientific Committee of ALA Srl and based on the collected data, we are pleased to announce that HW Ventilation S.r.l. obtained the ESG Sustainability Rating – Grade A on 10/04/2025.
This achievement reflects the company’s significant improvements in its sustainability performance, particularly in the environmental and social areas.
Obtaining and improving the ESG Rating is an important milestone in the path of sustainable development that the company has undertaken with courage and commitment.
HW Ventilation has long been dedicated to promoting concrete and long-lasting improvements in Quality, Workplace Safety, and Environmental Responsibility.
In line with ESG principles, the company has adopted sustainability policies that aim to generate positive effects in the short, medium, and long term. HW Ventilation has identified the following key areas of intervention:
• promote production processes and heating/lighting systems that are less energy-intensive and have a lower environmental impact
• focus on social sustainability, including labor relations, inclusion, community well-being, and respect for human rights
• implement diversity policies in the composition of administrative and management bodies and in the organization of work
