HW Ventilation is glad to announce that our PVDF (Foraflon) blades successfully passed the tests according to USP-NF 2022 Issue 2 par 88 (Acute Systemic Toxicity Test Protocol).
PVDF (Foraflon) is a special polymer, which was selected by HW Ventilation for applications where the impellers might get in contact with food or pharmaceutical and medical devices.
In order to prevent potentially toxic contaminations, PVDF (Foraflon) is an FDA-approved material. HW Ventilation voluntarily decided to test PVDF (Foraflon) in accredited 3rd party laboratories and proved that the material is in compliance with the requirements of USP Plastic Class VI.
