For this reason, we select the best suppliers in the market and we make sure that they operate according to the highest standards of quality.
Every single application demands for specific technical and mechanical characteristics. That’s why material customization is a priority for us. The blades of our fans are available in a huge variety of materials to suit any specific need. For instance, you can choose from a dozen different types of plastics, from traditional polypropylene, to antistatic, self-extinguishing, magnetically-shielded polyamide for ATEX applications. You can also ask to have the blades whatever color you prefer.
Material certifications are another crucial topic, especially for safety-concerned industries. For example, all of our fans intended for the railway applications must be made of materials which prevent toxic smoke and flammability in case of fire. The plastics we use in this case are certified against internationally-recognized standards, like EN 45545, NF F16-101/102, NFPA 130, UL 94.
Last but not least, the scraps of plastics and aluminum that originate during our production process are almost 100% recyclable. In particular, our polypropylene and polyamide waste are given a second life, and become part of new products like garden play equipment for kids!
