Before launching a new fan onto the market, we follow a rigorous development process, which is made of a series of fundamental steps. Creating the molding tools is only the last of a series of activities that have to be done to develop a good product.
While we are looking forward to start the production of our new De-ALU impeller, we share a preview of the molding tools which will produce the aluminum blades. The molding tools are owned by HW Ventilation and have been designed after thorough research and development activities.
The aluminum version of our classic D blade will be suitable for environments characterized by extreme temperatures (i.e., deserts), corrosive atmospheres and demanding working conditions. The new impellers will address the needs of industries like: oil&gas, ventilation, railway, smoke extraction systems, heat exchangers, dryers.
