At HW Ventilation we are continuing our efforts to make our operations more sustainable. From the research of easily recyclable materials, to the implementation of low impact processes, we pursue any measures that lower our carbon footprint.
A new photovoltaic plant that, installed on the roof of our headquarters since last April, allowed us to produce 18000 kWh of clean energy that we could use to run our facilities. The amount of clean energy we were able to generate, helped us cut the emissions of 8.55 tons of CO2, which equal those resulting from the burning of 7.20 tons of standard coal.
We are confident that the clean energy generated by our new plant will cover 75% of the annual demand of our factory.
